Main Purpose of the Job:

The Strategic Partnerships Manager will be responsible for developing and driving a strategic partnerships plan to establish relationships with key stakeholders in the sector. This role involves identifying, engaging, and managing strategic partnerships with entities such as DFI's, government agencies, commodity organizations, farming associations, and private partners. The incumbent will evaluate and analyze the social and financial impact of potential partnerships, develop and manage a repository of MoU's, monitor progress and performance, and oversee the implementation of development and transformation initiatives.

Key Performance Areas: * Identify, Engage, Manage, and OnBoard Key Strategic Partnerships.

• Evaluate and Analyze (Business Case) Social and Financial Impact of Potential Strategic Partnerships.
• Develop, Execute, and Manage Repository of MoU's Between LBI and Strategic Partners.
• Monitor and Report on Progress and Performance.
• Develop and Implement Development and Transformation Plan in Line with FY2029 Strategy.
• People Management.

Preferred Minimum Education and Experience:

• B Degree in Finance, Accounting, Insurance, or equivalent.
• 7 years demonstrated experience in New Business Development.
• 7 years experience in Strategic Partnerships Management.
• 7 years Enterprise Stakeholder Engagements Management.
• 7 years exposure to Contract Management.
• 7 years exposure to banking and/or insurance.
