Job Summary Strategic Management Consulting Analyst (Graduate / Early-Career Consulting Track) Role Overview The Strategic Management Consulting Analyst will support strategy development, operating-model design, financial and organisational transformation, and public-sector advisory engagements. The role involves structured problem-solving, analysis, and executive-level communication. This role is suited to candidates interested in management consulting, strategy, organisational design, and complex problem-solving environments. Key Responsibilities o Strategic and business analysis (market structure, operating models, cost and performance drivers) o Quantitative and qualitative analysis to support strategic recommendations o Development of executive-level presentations and structured narratives o Research and synthesis of complex information into clear insights o Support for stakeholder interviews, workshops, and client meetings o Assistance with implementation planning and performance tracking Minimum Requirements o Recently graduated or early-career professional with 0-3 years' experience o Undergraduate or honours degree with a minimum 70% academic average o Preferred fields of study: o Economics o Finance o Accounting o Business Science o Management Studies o Industrial Engineering o Public Policy (with strong quantitative grounding) o Strong problem-solving and structured thinking ability o Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel o Strong written and verbal communication skills.
