What the job involves
Working closely with the co-founders to bring strategic initiatives to life
Driving high-impact projects across the organisation, from idea to execution
Managing projects both internally and with a wide range of external stakeholders
Translating big-picture vision into clear, practical action plans
Supporting the organisation to execute at a consistently high level
Rolling up your sleeves and getting involved where needed -- this is a hands-on role
Helping shape systems, processes and ways of working as the organisation scales
What you need to be considered
4-7 years' experience in project management, strategic roles or similar
A Bachelor's degree
Proven experience managing complex projects with diverse stakeholders
Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
Confidence working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Excellent communication skills -- written and verbal
A proactive, resourceful mindset with a genuine passion for impact-driven work
Bonus points if you
Have worked in a startup or high-growth environment
Have experience in consulting or advisory roles
Are deeply motivated by education, social impact or building systems for long-term change
