What the job involves
Working closely with the co-founders to help bring strategic initiatives to life
Supporting the planning and execution of high-impact projects across the organisation
Coordinating projects internally and with a range of external stakeholders
Helping translate big-picture vision into practical, actionable plans
Getting involved wherever needed -- this role is hands-on by nature
Supporting systems, processes and ways of working as the organisation scales
What you need to be considered
1-3 years' experience in project management, strategic roles or similar
A Bachelor's degree
Experience working with and managing diverse stakeholders
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams
Confidence operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A proactive, curious mindset and a genuine interest in impact-driven work
Bonus points if you
Have worked in a startup or high-growth environment
Have some exposure to consulting or advisory roles
Are passionate about education, skills development or social impact
