About the Position



The Strategic Business Officer plays a pivotal support role in driving the business unit's growth and operational excellence. Working closely with the Manager or Business Unit Lead, this role assists in developing and implementing strategies, optimizing processes, managing key operational functions, and executing ad hoc projects.

You will be instrumental in ensuring efficiency, fostering team development, and contributing to the achievement of strategic and financial goals.

Ultimately, your contribution will help the company grow, operate efficiently, and deliver sustained value.

Key Performance Areas



Overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

Contribute to designing, implementing, and tracking business strategies and growth goals.

Ensure processes are streamlined, effective, and continuously improved.

Implement and monitor new operational processes or systems as needed.

Provide input and solutions to operational or team challenges

Foster a culture of accountability, learning, and innovation.

Assist in evaluating operations and financial performance to identify improvement areas.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.

Contribute to enhancing the overall customer service experience.

Drive or support process improvement initiatives and ad hoc projects.

Demonstrate ongoing commitment to self-development and growth.

Requirements



Senior Matric Certificate

Degree in Marketing/ Brand Strategy/ Communication/ Media

5 Years' experience in Administration / Business / Marketing

Valid drivers' license & own reliable vehicle

Excellent time management and problem solving abilities

Proficient in MS Office

Proven ability to develop and implement business strategies and initiatives.
