Exciting Opportunity: Represent and act as Brand Ambassador as Business Development Consultant in Cape Town!
About the Company:
As one of the UAE's premier boutique advisory firms, my client is expanding into South Africa. We assist high-net-worth individuals, SMEs, and offshore professionals with business structuring, real estate investments, and capital migration.
The Role:
You will serve as the exclusive local representative in Cape Town, engaging with high-net-worth individuals, IT professionals, offshore service providers, and SME exporters to generate qualified leads and foster strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent and promote the company's brand within Cape Town's business circles.
- Identify and develop opportunities among hospitality owners, IT professionals, offshore service providers, and exporters.
- Build and maintain relationships with local legal, financial, and real estate advisors.
- Provide monthly feedback on market trends, objections, pricing sensitivities, and competitor activity.
- Coordinate participation in expos, forums, and local events.
- Generate a minimum of 5-8 qualified leads per month with at least 2 conversions.
- Sign a loyalty and exclusivity agreement for Cape Town.
- Minimum Matric or tertiary qualification.
- Experience in sectors such as IT, offshore services, exports, or real estate.
- Strong local network and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and cultural awareness.
- Self-driven with a proactive approach.
Basic salary of R20,000 - R25,000 + commission.
