Job purpose: Performs specific tasks/ activities associated with monitoring, supervising and reporting on the progress andexecution of specific civil construction and maintenance works (roads, water, stormwater drainage, sewerage, refuse, etc.) and linesand signs maintenance work, and operating heavy and/ or specialized vehicles and undertaking general concrete work at sites.
