Primary Responsibilities:
1. Goods Receiving and Inspection:
o Receive incoming goods, verify quantities, quality, and specifications against purchase orders and delivery notes.
o Document discrepancies or damages, promptly notifying relevant departments.
2. Inventory Management:
o Accurately enter received items into the ERP inventory management system.
o Regularly update inventory records to reflect accurate stock levels.
o Conduct routine stock counts and assist in periodic inventory audits.
3. Storage and Organization:
o Ensure proper storage of goods, maintaining cleanliness and orderliness within storage areas.
o Follow FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principles or other inventory management guidelines as directed.
4. Documentation and Reporting:
o Maintain detailed records of inventory movements, receipts, and discrepancies.
o Generate regular inventory reports for management review.
5. Safety and Compliance:
o Adhere to health, safety, and compliance guidelines.
o Report any safety hazards or incidents immediately to appropriate authorities.
6. Support and Coordination:
o Liaise closely with the procurement department to ensure deliveries are correctly allocated in Syspro and Profifab systems.
o Coordinate with sales and logistics teams to ensure smooth operational processes.
o Provide assistance with other store-related tasks as required.
