Assist with identifying protentional suppliers and vendors
Checking/ reviewing stock levels regularly
Help negotiate prices and terms of agreements
Updating stock information
Manage inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of products
Comparing items received against orders
Collaborate with department heads to determine procurement needs
Review operations /Projects schedules for a timely order
Prepare purchase orders and review invoices for accuracy
Tracking purchases & returns
REQUIREMENTS
Higher Certificate in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Ability to work independently while also supporting a team environment
1-2 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role preferred
Be willing to learn and grow
Must be able to commute to work(City Deep)
Must be available immediately
