Job Description

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Matric certificate/ equivalent

Supply Chain National Diploma/Certificate or equivalent

Computer literacy - MS Office package

Valid Code 10 Drivers License.

Must pass Dover Test

Must be medically fit and pass all medical requirements which will enable Candidate to assist with underground Stores operations.

Must be South African and reside within Blouberg or Musina municipality

EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

3 years' experience in stores/material control

Knowledge of Contract Mining Industry

Previous experience on ERP (SAP/Sage 300) systems; experience on Sage Materials Management system will be advantageous.

Previous experience in materials/ stores environment will be advantageous.

Experience on operating one or more of mobile equipment, i.e., Forklift / Truck and LDV will be advantageous.

Must be a team player with acceptance of diversity of all genders, cultures, and views.

Must be able to work weekends, public holidays, and rotational shifts unconditionally as per operational requirements

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Ad hoc stock taking

Stores (Receiving, Issuing, Dispatch and Problem Solving)

Maintain assets registers

Data capturing using Microsoft package and Sage 300/SAP
