Job Description
East Rand based company seeks a Storeman who is available immediately to join their dynamic team
Minimum Requirements
Available immediately (not currently working)
- Matric
- Computer literate
- Three years experience in a similar role
- Ensure that receiving deliveries are checked and signed for in an accurate and timely manner.
- Verify that the stock receipted corresponds to the POD.
- Verify the condition of the stock, alert the Supervisor of any damaged boxes/equipment for inspection before accepting the stock.
- Ensure that stock is stored per category and save.
- To carry out a physical stock take frequently and reconcile to the system.
- Maintaining the stores for cleanliness, safety and systematic control.
