Duties will include

Ensure that receiving deliveries are checked and signed for in an accurate and timely manner.
Verify that the stock receipted corresponds to the POD.
Verify the condition of the stock, alert the Supervisor of any damaged boxes/equipment for inspection before accepting the stock.
Ensure that stock is stored per category and save.
To carry out a physical stock take frequently and reconcile to the system.
Maintaining the stores for cleanliness, safety and systematic control.
