Job Description
Supervise daily operations:
Oversee all aspects of Store activity, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods, to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.Ensure inventory accuracy:
Conduct regular inventory counts, maintain accurate records, and resolve discrepancies to ensure a high level of inventory control.Enforce safety and compliance:
Implement and enforce safety regulations, security procedures, and company policies to maintain a safe work environment.Coordinate logistics:
Collaborate with other departments like logistics and procurement to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment of orders and dispatching goods.Grade 12.
3-5 years' supervisory experience in the building material and hardware market.Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with staff and other departments.
Ability to organize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills, exceptional organizational ability, high attention to detail and ability to multitask.
A commitment to service excellence and customer satisfaction.
Solid team player and interpersonal skills.
