Supervisor supports the Store Management in achieving the daily deliverables.
Responsibilities
Supporting the Store Management in driving Sales and Turnover Creating and delivering an excellent customer shopping experience Motivating and inspiring your team members to work hard and push for sale Training team members Resolving customer complains timeously and professionally Visual Merchandising Delegate team Inventory management
Qualifications
Grade 12 1 year of Supervisory experience is required in this role, experience leading a team will be an added advantage A passion for retail Training Passion for people Upholds company values
