: Oversee end-to-end store operations with a focus on operational excellence, SOP adherence, and brand standard maintenance.Key Responsibilities:
Full-cycle store management, including leading daily operational activities to ensure smooth, efficient, and customer-centric service delivery.
Implement and enforce standardized operating procedures (SOPs) across all workflows (e.g., food preparation, customer service, inventory management) to maintain consistency and compliance.
Develop, communicate, and supervise detailed cleaning protocols to uphold hygiene standards aligned with local health regulations (e.g., South African Food Safety Act) and brand requirements.
Monitor and maintain operational standards--including food quality, presentation, service speed, and store ambiance--to meet customer expectations and brand guidelines.
Lead daily store closing procedures, including inventory reconciliation, equipment checks, cash handling, and securing the premises to ensure operational readiness for the next business day.
