Store Manager
Job Description
Managing and motivating a team of 4 staff memebers
Plans and directs the day-to-day operations of the kart.
Keeping track of stock ordering, administering stock control, and managing par levels.
Dealing with queries, complaints, and feedback.
Develop and maintain a schedule for employees.
Ensure kart always remains clean and presentable.
Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation.
Implementing operational policies and procedures.
Available to work extended hours, including weekends and nights.
Daily communication with logistics/drivers and Operations.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: R6000,00 - R7500,00 per month
Work Location: In person
