The Store Manager at The Balloon Stop is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining the high-quality standards of our balloon designs and retail experience. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong organisational skills, a passion for creativity, and the ability to manage staff, stock, and customer relationships effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Store Management Managing and Motivating team Keeping track of stock and ordering Daily cash up and balances Maintenance of current website Dealing with queries, complaints and feedback Maintaining current accounting system and financial records Overseeing pricing and stock control Dealing with customer quotations
Minimum Requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills. Punctual, trustworthy, and responsible. Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays when required. Prior store manager or customer service experience is an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: R14500,00 - R18000,00 per month
