Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced retail Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our store. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, and a track record of driving sales and profitability. The Store Manager will be responsible for maintaining inventory levels, and creating a positive shopping experience for customers.
Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and meet or exceed sales goals
• Manage and motivate a team of staff members to deliver exceptional customer service
• Create and maintain a positive work environment for staff, promoting teamwork and collaboration
• Oversee inventory management and ensure product availability and merchandising standards are met
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, expenses, and inventory levels to identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with the regional manager on store promotions, marketing campaigns, and special events
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company policies and procedures
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner
• Ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols, including cash handling procedures

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a similar high-volume retail environment
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, develop, and motivate a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving profitability
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and retail management software
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelors degree in business management or a related field preferred
