Job Description
Milky Lane at Menlyn is seeking an experienced Store Manager to run day-to-day operations in a busy restaurant environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily store operations, opening and closing Lead and manage staff performance and rosters Deliver excellent customer service Stock control, ordering, and waste management Cash handling, cash-ups, and basic reporting Ensure compliance with food safety and company standards
Requirements
Previous Store Manager / Assistant Manager experience in QSR or restaurant Strong leadership and people management skills Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays Reliable transport South African ID or valid work permit
