Job Description

The Store Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Pretoria branch, ensuring efficient operations, excellent customer service, and alignment with the company's academic and operational standards. This role requires a proactive individual with strong leadership, retail, and administrative skills.

Key Responsibilities



Oversee all aspects of store operations, including opening/closing procedures, staff supervision, and customer engagement. Manage inventory levels, coordinate stock deliveries, and ensure accurate stock records. Supervise point-of-sale transactions, daily cash-ups, and banking. Maintain store presentation, merchandising, and cleanliness standards. Liaise with head office on procurement, reporting, and compliance matters. Support academic calendar demands, including textbook cycles and student outreach. Ensure adherence to company policies, conduct rules, and customer service protocols. Prepare weekly sales reports and staff schedules.
Job Type: Temp to perm
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: R12000,00 per month

Diploma (Required)
Experience:
