Job Description
Are you an experienced leader passionate about retail and customer service? A well-established FMCG retail store is looking for a dynamic Store Manager to join their team and take charge of daily operations to ensure the store's success.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day store operations. Manage and motivate a diverse team to deliver excellent customer service. Maintain inventory control and ensure stock levels meet demand. Drive sales and meet financial targets. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience.
Requirements:
Proven experience in retail management (minimum 5 years). Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. Proficiency in stock management and sales analysis. Knowledge of retail industry trends and customer service standards.
