Job Description
Staff Connection is seeking a Store Manager for a retail store in Jo'Burg north.
We are looking for:
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration or similar discipline
- Local citizens
- Min 5yrs experience as a Store Manager is a leading retail brand
- Strong computer literacy
- Own transportation with a valid drivers licence- not negotiable
- Supporting the General Store Manager in daily operations
- Overseeing staff
- Managing stock and inventory
- Ensuring excellent customer service and store presentation
- Achieving sales and profitability targets
- Maintaining hygiene and safety standards,
- Assisting with financial targets
