Oversee finance and security at the store
Customer service and marketing
Adhering to the store appearance
Fleet/asset management
Administration and stock control
Stakeholder Relations
Employee Engagement, Development & Team Management
Systems Operations and Maintenance
Qualifications and Requirements
Matric (grade 12)
Driver's license (own transport)
Skills and Experience
Computer literate
Knowledge of Arch (retail system) and MI9 (advantageous)
Over 5 years' experience managing a FMCG goods retail store
Characteristics Required:
Good communicator
Takes ownership and responsibility
Able to motivates others
Displays a systematic approach to tasks
Compliant with policies and procedures
Excellent attention to detail
Able to problem solve and solutions orientated
Results driven
Ability to manage people (staff compliment of 20+)
Diligent about security measures

Retail Team Leader
Telesales Team Leader
Remuneration Package: Market related package
