STORE MANAGER | DURBAN

A leading retailer is expanding and is looking for a dynamic Store Manager to take full responsibility for our Durban store. This role is for a hands-on leader who understands that strong results come from engaged people, disciplined execution, and consistent standards.

You will own the day-to-day performance of the store, ensuring an excellent customer experience while driving sales growth and profitability. Leading, coaching, and motivating a high-performing retail team will be central to your success.

Key responsibilities include:

Taking full ownership of store operations and overall performance Leading, coaching, and developing a motivated retail team Delivering exceptional customer experiences and building brand loyalty Ensuring strong merchandising, presentation, and stock availability Analysing sales and financial performance to maximise profitability Implementing pricing, promotions, and in-store marketing initiatives Maintaining a safe, secure, and compliant store environment

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years' retail management experience Proven leadership and people management capability Strong commercial awareness and operational discipline A hands-on, accountable approach to running a retail store Relevant degree preferred
