Our client, a leading quick-service restaurant, is recruiting two Store Managers to run their high-performance Drive-Thru operations in Pietermaritzburg. Ideal candidates are experienced QSR managers who understand speed of service, operational flow, and the demands of fast-paced drive-thru restaurants.
Description
The Drive-Thru Store Manager will oversee operational efficiency, staff leadership, service delivery and financial performance. This position requires strong attention to detail, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage both front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage all daily drive-thru and restaurant operations
- Ensure fast, accurate service delivery and optimal customer flow
- Track and manage KPIs including speed of service, order accuracy, labour, and cost controls
- Lead, coach, and develop a large team
- Oversee financial admin, cashups, stock ordering and reporting
- Uphold health, safety, and food-quality standards
- Maintain facility cleanliness and equipment readiness
- Support area manager with performance targets

Minimum Requirements
- Matric
- 3-5 years' QSR/Drive-Thru management experience
- Strong operational and financial management capability
- Valid driver's licence + own transport
- Ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving ability
