Store Manager (drive Thru) – Leading Quick Service Restaurant – Pietermaritzburg
Job Description
The Drive-Thru Store Manager will oversee operational efficiency, staff leadership, service delivery and financial performance. This position requires strong attention to detail, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage both front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
Responsibilities
Manage all daily drive-thru and restaurant operations
Ensure fast, accurate service delivery and optimal customer flow
Track and manage KPIs including speed of service, order accuracy, labour, and cost controls
Lead, coach, and develop a large team
Oversee financial admin, cashups, stock ordering and reporting
Uphold health, safety, and food-quality standards
Maintain facility cleanliness and equipment readiness
Support area manager with performance targets
Salary :
R22 500 - R30 000 CTCLocation :
