Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated, experienced, and hands-on

Store Manager

to lead our retail team. You will be our main point of contact at the store. Your role would range from delivering excellent customer service and driving sales, to managing operations and leading your team with passion and purpose.

Key Responsibilities:

You would be our point of contact at this store

Lead and inspire the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets

Deliver an exceptional in-store customer experience

Manage store operations including rostering, inventory, banking, and reporting

Ensure the store is always clean, organised, and visually on-brand

Provide regular coaching, feedback, and training to staff

Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally

Manage stock levels, reordering, and receiving deliveries

Execute visual merchandising and promotional activities

Maintain a high standard of personal and team presentation

Requirements:

Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a store management (fashion retail preferred).

Strong leadership and people management skills

A passion for fashion, styling, and customer service. Merchandising experience is a bonus.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills

Confident with POS systems and basic store admin

Able to work weekends, holidays, and flexible retail hours

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: R50,00 per hour
