Job Description
Our client, a retail organisation is looking for an experienced Store Manager to join their team in Kuilsriver.
Duties & Responsibilities
To manage and lead the store effectively by ensuring every aspect of the day-to-day supervision of the store, this includes sales, staff, stock and resources management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure sales and costs are in line with the budget.
- Manage gross profit by ensuring shrinkage kept to budgeted amount.
- Support the stores annual budget process.
- Increase customer count by
- Log and action customersxe2x80x99 complaints daily.
- Ensure deliveries actioned promptly and accurately.
- Management and leadership of staff
- Maintain stock value at correct level for store size.
- Manage stock ordering process, KVIxe2x80x99s always in stock.
- Manage perpetual stock taking process.
- Ensure store security is maintained.
- Matric.
- 10 years of retail management experience.
- Good computer skills a requirement.
- Interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Passion for people and retail.
- Strong customer service skills.
- High level of flexibility.
- Ability to adapt to different customers.
- Great written and verbal communication skills.
- Natural talent for motivating and developing teams.
- Valid Drivers License and own car
