STORE MANAGER - BOKSBURG
School & Leisure is looking for a confident, energetic leader to manage our Boksburg store. If you're passionate about retail, great customer service, and developing a high-performing team, we'd love to hear from you.
Requirements
Minimum
3 years' retail management experience
(schoolwear or fashion retail) MUST be fluent in Afrikaans and English Strong leadership, communication & organisational skills Solid understanding ofstock management
andmerchandising
Proven ability todrive sales
and achieve store targets Ability to build and maintain strong relationships withpartner schools
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily store operations Lead, train and develop your team Drive turnover and meet sales targets Manage stock control and visual merchandising Liaise with schools to maintain strong partnerships Deliver exceptional customer service and uphold store standards
