The main purpose of the job is to effectively manage the store through analysis of store data. To increase the margin and profitability of the store, while controlling costs, ensuring that all business targets are achieved. To inspire, lead and develop a team of top performers that consistently deliver excellent customer service and achieve their goals. To keep up to date with competitor's activities and market trends. To deliver the agreed business objectives and budgets. Ensuring all retail departments are merchandised correctly and consistently throughout the day. Participate in walking the line daily to build relationships, keep the line of communication between departments open and learn from one another's experience.

Manage the safekeeping and storage of product accessories, ensure that targets are met through retaining existing customers, attracting new customers and following the SMART guide. To be constantly aware of compliance and responsible lending practice to ensure that the business conducts itself within current legislation. To work in accordance with the POPI Act. Be value set compliant and always live/follow, demonstrate our brand values.

Remuneration will include a market related basic salary and monthly incentives.

Applicants must live within reasonable proximity of the store and have access to reliable transport. Cash Converters offers a retail industry related salary with performance bonus for on target performance.
