Managing stock losses to ensure shrinkage is in line with the Company standard.
Driving turnover to ensure achievement of targets.

Ensure store staff implement merchandising strategy and standards.

Qualification & Experience:
A Grade 12 qualification.
A relevant tertiary qualification would be advantageous.
Must have 3-5 years Store Management experience.
Store Management experience in Jewellery would be advantageous.
Must have experience in driving sales to increase store profit.
