Our client is looking for a Store Logistics Administrator to join their team in Cape Town. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the storeroom and inventory of ISP and FNO items, including ordering stock, maintaining accurate records, and liaising with suppliers to ensure cost-effective purchasing. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced in inventory and warranty management.
Responsibilities:
Order and maintain inventory of ISP and FNO items
Liaise with suppliers to negotiate pricing and secure cost-effective purchasing
Manage and update the stock system for allocations to clients, staff, and MUD sites
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate reordering to prevent shortages
Manage warranties, including tracking expiry dates and processing claims
Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
Maintain accurate records of stock and warranties
Collaborate with internal departments to support operational needs
Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
Requirements:
Strong administrative and communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Proven experience in inventory management, stock control, and warranty processes
Ability to multitask and work collaboratively with various teams
Proactive, self-motivated, and solution-oriented
