Job Summary

Popular Brand Crop Producer (Agriculture) has a vacancy for a Store Coordinator/Administrator. The position will be based on the farm, in Tarlton, Johannesburg region. Grade 12, minimum 3 years store coordinating experience, a valid driver's license and your own car, along with excellent Excel, communication, reporting and Inventory Reconciling skills required.

The role is to oversee the daily movement of all stock, in and out, of the Production and Packaging stores, ensuring all stock is received, issued and transferred in a timely manner and to oversee that admin duties, data capturing and reporting are done.

Requirements:

• Grade 12
• 3+ Years experience in store coordinating
• Valid driver's license and own transport required.
• Forklift experience will be an advantage.
• MS Excel (Intermediate-Advanced)
• Inventory Reconciling
• Reporting (Creating & Reporting)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Supervisory/leadership skills
• Strong attention to detail & Time management
• Teamwork, as well as independent work
• Willingness to work overtime.

Duties:

• Inventory and administration system management
• Manage and train staff members in company policies and procedures.
• Create and analyse reporting.
• Identify, analyse and address gaps in store processes.
• Handle paperwork, maintaining records and manage various administration tasks and reporting.
• Uphold monthly records regarding damages and inventory adjustments.
• Handling returns as per policies and procedures.
• Weekly, monthly and yearly inventory
• Compliance and safety regulations adherence.
