Job Description

We are looking to appoint a

Stores Administrator

who will be based in

Brooklyn, Cape Town

. To assist customers in the in-store check-in and out process. To process and receive payments and issue receipts to customers.

Picking & packing of stock

Resolve customer complaints

Customer service - greet customers when entering and leaving the store

Manage transactions with customers using the point-of sales system

Ensure accurate quantity and pricing

Invoicing and checking picking slips

Accepting payments - cash / credit card

Confirming payments are reflecting in our accounts

Issue receipts, refunds and change

Stock take

Maintain clean & tidy area at all times

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Experience:

Retail: 1 year (Preferred) Basic Excel
