Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a switched on, sharp Stockroom Clerk to join the merchandise department at a leading footwear retailer. You'll have exposure working on the world's biggest brands - we're talking Adidas, Puma, Converse and many more.
Working in a fast-paced environment, we need someone who is proficient in excel, has exceptional analytical ability, is extremely well organized and has the ability to work autonomously and in a team.
You'll work across both the Merchandise and Finance team so you need to have high energy levels and a passion for business success, with the ability to work well under pressure whilst still maintaining accuracy and your sense of humour.
And in-depth knowledge of retail operating policies and procedures would be beneficial, but not critical if you're open and willing to learn.
Minimum requirements:
Grade 12
1-2 years' experience in a similar role
Computer Literate with excellent numeracy skills
Excellent Communication skills, written and verbal
Knowledge of retail policies and procedures
Good planning and administration skills
Good disciplinary record
