The main purpose of the position is to input and maintain market related information into replenishment solutions. You will do this by managing the product life cycle from new item introduction to exit from the market. This will be done through collaboration with individual stakeholders and suppliers to ensure optimal Supply Chain synergies.

Job Objectives
System setup and collaborate with individual suppliers to ensure optimal supply chain synergies
Analyse opportunities and align system settings to maximize cost savings
Input and maintain market related information into replenishment solution
Manage the product life cycle from new item introduction to exit from market
Daily processing of system recommended orders
Ensure supplier orders are in line with service level goals and inventory policies
Maintaining of collaborative software for order contracts and approval
Ensure effective delivery scheduling
Analyse product availability to market demand on weekly basis
Manage inbound product availability in line with divisional promotions
Collaborate with suppliers to secure stock for planned promotions
Analyse weekly promotional demand exceptions
Analyse weekly system forecasting exceptions
Responsible for managing project deliverables relating to specific supplier accounts
Day to day data analysis and reporting to key stakeholders

Qualifications
Degree in Supply Chain, Logisitics or similar
###
Experience
Minimum of 1 years experience within Supply Chain or Logisitics
Replenishment experience is beneficial
###
Knowledge and Skills
Product knowledge
Basic knowledge of import and export processes
Computer literacy (MS Office)
Good analytical skills
