Our client within the Automotive Industry, requires the services of 2 x Stock Controllers in two of their branches within Johannesburg.Minimum Qualification:

• Stock Management experience + 3 years compulsory
• Corporate Dealership and Pre-Owned Experience Essential
• Must have knowledge of Payable Accounts Processes (Suppliers)
• xc2xb7Must have Invoice Management and Floorplan Management
• Dealer Management System (DMS) Experience Evolve Favourable

Experience:Must have at least 3 years experience as a Dealership Stock ControllerCritical on the Job Skills Synopsis:

Role Description:Provision of an excellent service which will ensure a functional and seamless stock management and supplier management process.You need to be highly organized, with excellent operational, budgeting, communication, planning, time management and customer handling skills.Key Areas of Responsibility: * Stock Management (New)

• Demo and Fleet Management
• Floorplan Management
• Invoice Management
• Natis Management

Key Responsibilities:

• Vehicles ordered by Dealer Principal and stocklist sent to Stock Controller and Management Team
• Stock Controller to ensure vehicles reported on IAL as stock to pull through to Floor Plan
• Print invoices for Marketing to capture on website
• Vehicles brought into stock-by-Stock Controller as In-Transit on Evolve xc2xb7 Open allocations PDI with Valet, Smash and grab, Gift, Fuel, Permit,

STOCK -MANAGEMENT NEW VEHICLES:

• Vehicles ordered by Dealer Principal and stock list sent to Stock Controller and Management Team
• Stock Controller to ensure vehicles reported on IAL as stock to pull through to Floor Plan
• Print invoices for Marketing to capture on website
• Vehicles brought into stock-by-Stock Controller as In-Transit on Evolve xc2xb7 Open allocations PDI with Valet, Smash and grab, Gift, Fuel, Permit, Goodwill, Floor plan
• On Arrival of vehicle change location and ensure differentiate between Demo, Courtesy and Stock cars on Evolve.
• Ensure Key and Spare key numbering completed and Autobid barcodes printed
• Tracker to be fitted on all vehicles
• VIN and NVR only register when car leaves the premises xc2xb7 Vehicles delivered in transport mode and do Basic Checks

• Any faults body work goes back to VDS / supplier / OEM AND Reported within 24 hours to OEM
• OEM will pay for recon of dents, scratches via approval process
• Vehicle returned and swapped if major issues or warranty if parts to be replaced
• Report all new vehicles sold on IAL and invoice out on Evolve
• Cancel tracker on vehicles that customers did not opt to purchase device

STOCK MANAGEMENT PRE-OWNED VEHICLES:

• Stock Controller to Book vehicle into Evolve as per invoice and POP. Make sure all paperwork received from Buyers.
• Vehicles brought into stock-by-Stock Controllers as In-Transit on Evolve until they arrive.
• Open standard allocations: PDI with Valet, RWC, Gift, Fuel, Permit, Goodwill.
