Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will perform administrative duties, including basic financial record-keeping and answering telephones. They will also be responsible for maintaining and ordering stocks and supplies. Additionally, they are expected to attend all training programs organized by the company.
Requirements:
South African Citizen
Excellent personal hygiene
Must be prepared to comply with Food Safety and Hygiene Management Systems requirements regulating the industry.
Good reading, writing, and speaking of English
Grade 12 completed
Clear criminal record
Driver's license will be an added advantage
Proven experience in administrative roles
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
(specifically Excel)
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
