Stock Controller

Job Description
Our client, a well-established logistics and transport solutions company, is seeking a Stock Controller to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate must be able to accurately complete the required documentation needed per shipment, as per the consignee sheet instruction within the required timeframes per document.
Requirements
- Grade 12 (Essential).
- A minimum of 2-yearsxe2x80x99 experience as a Stock Controller.
- Excellent MS Office skills.
- Willingness to work additional hours from time to time due to nature of business.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Strong, communication, and relationship building skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent attention to detail.
Operational
- Assist the Temp Check team on daily tasks
- PO Files and Transporter mails to update templates utilised
- Assist on weekends with TC duties
- Distribution of ALL templates to transporters, cold stores and LCL DBN/PE offices, stock sheet updated and future date of GEO's where necessary.
- Reconciling of delivery notes.
- Acknowledgement letters
- Recon and stock count at all locations, via email/physical.
- Weekly stock recon for GEOs to all parties.
- Monthly Stock recon for all templates allocated/unallocated.
