STOCK CONTROLLER PACKAGING

  • Location: Nasrec, Johannesburg

Are you meticulous, detail-oriented, and driven by accuracy? We are looking for a Stock Controller who will play a critical role in ensuring packaging and consumable stock accuracy to support seamless production operations.Job details:Report daily packaging stock counts to production planning and procurement.Ensure all issued packaging/consumables balance with production output.Capture all stock movements accurately on SAGE Pastel.Reconcile physical stock vs system stock (SAGE & Excel).Conduct spot cycle counts and verify stock accuracy.Assist with Inter-Branch Transfers (IBTs) and customer invoicing queries.Manage monthly stock takes and variance analysis.Process and track stock returns effectively.Ensure end-to-end stock integrity across all packaging locations on site.Minimum RequirementsGrade 12 (Matric) essential.2-3 years stock control experience in a manufacturing environment.Hands-on experience with SAGE Pastel (stock modules).Intermediate Excel skills required.Proven ability to work independently and within a team.Attention to detail and confident in addressing discrepancies.
