Job Summary Roles and Responsibilities
Core Stock Control Duties:

• Manage stock transfers between key warehouse locations (001H, 004H, 003H, 013H, 014P).
• Perform physical cycle counts and full stocktakes; investigate variances and report discrepancies.
• Handle returned, damaged, and expired stock.
• Oversee cold room operations and movement of specific stock lines (Plett, Midway, Soap, Aqueous).
• Maintain accurate records via Acumatica and communicate updates via Microsoft Teams and email.
• Oversee Fine Picking Warehouse and Marketing Warehouse.
• Administrative duties i.e. filing and record keeping.
• Acting 2IC Responsibilities (When Warehouse Manager is Off-Site):
• Supervise and support warehouse staff and daily activities.
• Coordinate timely and accurate dispatches to customers and internal teams.
• Oversee receiving, unpacking, and safe storage of goods.
• Coordinate inter-warehouse logistics and material flow.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain warehouse efficiency, organization, and cleanliness.
• Report and document all stock and operational activities using ERP systems.

What You'll Need:

• High school diploma (a qualification in logistics/inventory management is a plus).

• Prior experience in stock control, warehousing, or logistics.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and inventory systems (e.g., Acumatica).
• Leadership potential and readiness to act as 2IC when needed.
• Physically capable and safety-conscious.

What We Offer:

• Salary: R18 000 - R20 000 CTC per month.
