Stock Controller / Inventory
Job Description
Job Summary Key Accountabilities
- Stock item and bills of material master data management
- Identify stock alternates
- Manage and process production orders
- Goods receipting/transfers, adjustments and backorder processing
- Shipment tracking
- Inventory count and planning
- Preparing and uploading of forecast
- Data Capture and Sales Admin support
- Exception reporting
- Processing queries, investigation, and correction
- Standard costs and pricing maintenance
Competencies
- Highly detail-oriented and process-driven
- Good grasp of systems and business process in general
- Good analytical skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to work independently
Qualifications and Experience
- Tertiary qualification in (or studying towards) cost and management accounting or similar degree/diploma is required
- SAP Business One a distinct advantage
- 2-3 years experience in operational processing and/or production and/or costing
- Excellent MS Excel skills, with experience in data analysis and reporting
