Job Description

Stock Controller's primary duty is managing inventory, ensuring accurate records, and optimising stock levels to meet customer demand while minimizing costs. This involves tasks like maintaining precise stock records, purchasing inventory, managing inventory audits, and ensuring proper storage of items, you need to have in-depth expertise in inventory management and work experience in the retail industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management:

Maintaining accurate inventory records:

This includes recording purchases, sales, invoicing, and stock movements.

Ensuring optimal stock levels:

Balancing supply and demand to avoid shortages or overstocking.

Conducting regular inventory audits:

To verify accuracy and identify discrepancies.

Monitoring stock levels and forecasting demand:

Predicting future needs to optimise purchasing.

Managing inventory control systems:

Implementing and maintaining software or processes to track stock.

Personal Attribute



Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in Warehousing Flexible and adaptable; Open-minded, motivated and willing to learn; Reliable and dependable; Must be a self-starter and willing to work without supervision; Must be a team player; Strong attention to detail; Immaculate timekeeping.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: R7000,00 per month
