We're Hiring: Stock Controller | East London
We are looking for a
detail-oriented Stock Controller
to join ourEast London team
. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in accuracy and organisation.Key Responsibilities:
?? Ensure correct and timeous preparation of vehicles for loading and online auctions
?? Manage vehicle keys (tagging daily and capturing on Salesforce)
?? Ensure 360 vehicle images are completed
?? Correctly mark vehicles as starters and load non-starter comments
?? Verify vehicle codes and year models against NATIS documents
?? Escalate discrepancies or issues to management immediately
?? Upload all vehicles received and stocked via the mobile app within 24 hours
?? Ensure windows are closed or wrapped where required
?? Allocate stock stickers daily
?? Assist customers, clients, assessors, and investigators when needed
?? Safely remove and store customer personal items
Minimum Requirements:
?? At least 1 years' experience in stock control
?? Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
?? Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
?? Good communication skills
?? Basic computer literacy (mobile apps and systems experience is an advantage)
