Responsible for managing various administrative and stock related tasks before, during, and after auctions to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Ensure correct and timeous preparation for vehicles to be loaded on time and online auction
Ensure keys availability
Ensure 360 pictures are completed
Vehicles marked as starters
Ensure Nonstarter comments are loaded
Verify vehicles codes and year model against the Natis documents,
Escalate any discrepancies / problems to Management immediately.
Ensure that all vehicles received and stocked in via the phone app is successfully uploaded within 24hrs.
Ensure keys are tagged daily and captured on Salesforce.
Ensure windows are closed/wrapped.
Stock stickers to be allocated to vehicles daily.
Assisting Customers, Clients, Assessors and Investigators.
Customer personalized items to be removed and stored for safe keeping in the safe.
