Job Spec:
Conduct weekly physical stock takes across all warehouses by selecting different stock samples. Investigate any discrepancies and submit a weekly discrepancy report to the relevant Managers.
Perform a full month-end stock take each month and report all variances and discrepancies accordingly.
Ensure that all stock adjustments are authorised by Managers prior to being processed on Accutrac. Managers will conduct random checks on the stock adjustment screen against issued authorisations.
Prepare and analyse daily wastage reports.
Prepare and analyse daily production reports.
Ensure stock sheets are accurate and up to date for weekly bank downloads and audits.
Ensure the correct issuing and receiving of goods between warehouses.
Conduct regular audits of the stock system to ensure accurate costings, raw material weights, and packing details.
Maintain accurate stock levels at all times, promptly investigating and reporting discrepancies to the relevant Managers
Stock Projection from Month to Month
Compile and submit the following reports:
Daily Production Reports
Wastage Reports
Daily Waste Reconciliation
Monthly Stock Reconciliation (Opening Stock + Purchases ? Sales = Closing Stock)
Appropriate degree or Diploma is a must for this position.
