We are seeking an experienced, methodical, diligent and detail-oriented STOCK CONTROL CO-ORDINATOR, whom will be responsible for the handling of stock, managing and overseeing inventory levels of food, beverages, and other operational supplies within a highly pressurised hotel environment. The primary goal is to ensure that the right stock is available at the right time, minimizing waste and avoiding shortages that could impact service and the operations. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of food, beverages, and inventory systems and possess the physical capability to manage high-volume stock deliveries within a hotel environment
