Job Summary:
The Stock and Retail Manager is responsible for overseeing inventory management and retail operations to ensure efficient stock control, smooth store functioning, and a high standard of customer service. This role involves supervising staff, monitoring stock levels, analyzing sales trends, and ensuring that the retail environment is well-organized and visually appealing.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage stock levels, ensuring adequate inventory while minimizing excess. Oversee product ordering, receiving, and storage processes. Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits. Supervise and support retail staff, including training and scheduling. Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities to optimize product availability. Ensure that the store layout, merchandising, and cleanliness meet brand standards. Liaise with suppliers and logistics teams to ensure timely stock deliveries. Address customer issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Implement retail strategies to drive sales and improve efficiency. Prepare and present regular reports on stock, sales, and staff performance.
