Job Description

Summary The Finance intern will support the Finance team in all aspects of the business and shall be deployed in areas where the Finance team need support. The Finance Intern will support the Accounting Operations Analyst with managing the day-to-day financial transactions of the company, ensuring accurate invoicing, timely collections, and maintaining detailed records. This role involves regular communication with clients, resolution of queries, and collaboration with internal teams for efficient financial workflows.



Your Role:

• Project Creation in SAP (Daily)
• Billing / Cancellation Workflows and Billings in SAP and issued to customer. (Daily)
• Submission of Foreign Billings / Shipping Documents / Commercial Invoice to customer (Daily)
• Chase outstanding payments, resolve disputes & queries. (Daily)
• Upload documents to substantiate compliance with SA Reserve Bank regulations. (Daily)
• Processing receipts in SAP(Daily)
• Support offshore team with Smartsheet preparation and submission of shipping documents. (Weekly)
• Reporting to management on Past Dues, Open items & Collections (Monthly)
• Prepare and distribute customer statements. (Monthly)
• Support Controllership with Balance sheet review & analysis. (Monthly)

Basic Qualifications (Requirements):

• Bachelors Degree in Finance
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
• Demonstrated effectiveness to prioritize between tasks with different deadlines, complexity
