The Stationery Clerk ensures that all stationery supplies are ready for delivery and dispatching to internal clients (brands/operating companies/brands and group services divisions).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Order Processing
Ensure all stationery orders for various brands are accurately packed and packaged for dispatch to internal clients (Pepkor Brands and Group services divisions).
Stock Management
Receive, store, and locate stationery supplies in the warehouse.
Administration
Perform clerical duties, including regular stock stakes and checking supplies against invoices received.
JOB INCUMBENT REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 1-2 years' in relevant warehouse/receiving experience
Minimum Grade 12 education.
Strong computer literacy (Oracle, MS Excel, MS Outlook, Internet, Google)
Planning, organising, control, problem assessment and attention to detail.
